When will my Fondly Kept arrive?
Reserved orders ship in January.
Is postage really included?
Yes, with Fondly Kept + service. Your stamps are posted to you with your journal.
What size cards fit?
Cards up to A5.
How do the reminders arrive?
By text, about a week before each date — a short note or a line worth reading, and a gentle nudge to post the card.
Can I see my dates online?
Yes. The service includes an online calendar with every birthday, anniversary and address already saved.
Do I have to type in everyone's details?
No. Every date is saved for you — nothing to add, and nothing to keep up to date.
Do I need stamps?
Not with the service: stamps come with your journal, along with round sticker seals pressed with your initials.
Do I need to buy cards as well?
No. With the service, a premium blank card for every date comes in the box with Fondly Kept, alongside your stamps.
Can I buy Fondly. as a gift?
Yes. Choose the gift option when you reserve and add a note.
What happens to my family's details?
They are used only so cards arrive on time. Never sold or shared.
